By downloading, installing, or using the Mommee app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Mommee is a family wellness and daily routine app designed for parents and children. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity under your account
• Content and routines you create within the app

Mommee offers optional In-App Purchases to unlock premium features. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
• Purchases are final and tied to your Apple ID
• You can restore purchases on any device signed into your Apple ID

All In-App Purchase refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find the purchase and select "Request a refund"

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple according to their refund policies.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

All content, design, and functionality of Mommee are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Mommee is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Mommee is a wellness tool and does not provide medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mommee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
